oh my god....
i could cry right now.
people are so damn moronic that i just cant believe it anymore.

last match had some dudes that think they lose because i was cappign stuff with my myst lynx at a HPG conquest instead of fighting.
i told them exactly why they lose. one of them even *thought* im dead. another one said that a mode where you can win without killing all enemies is ****.
another one moaned that i was flying around like a fairy doing no damage.

the *team* consisted of one suiciding myst lynx. 10 ppl camping one square outside.
not moving forward or backwards or looking at theta which was in our hands but got capped out.
all the time i wrote them what them wrong.

they didnt believe anything or noticed anything. just that i havent done damage. appearently.

i done 289 damage and killed a kit fox.
that was the 3rd best damage of my team.


and a painful lesson once again: you cant defeat the bunch of dumb zombies called *teammates* sometimes.,

So remember that Hellbringer? Well, it came after me. My CT was open from some sniper fire I took from the garage earlier, and he's just moving in for the kill. ah my favorite reason for timidness. "if we move we'll lose." my reply to that is usually some form of "we're losing now so what difference does it make?" or "doing what we're doing isn;t working- let's do something else."

most of the time they still don;t get it and gleefully point out "see you died and we lost" after i try to move and die while they continue to cower as if i've somehow cost us the match at that point.

Um..how about shoot ALL OF THEM INSTEAD OF ASKING, and if you saw them, why weren't you shooting them anyway????

Don't you just love it when allies completely ignore UAV calls from you? Please, give the enemy more information.


Also, not that this is a recent event, but catching up on the last two pages reminded me of a PUG match in HPG Manifold a month or so ago, where it was down to the last enemy; 4 to 1. Two mediums, a heavy, and an assault VS a 170kph ECM & JJ Spider. Allies heavily broken. Spider, relatively healthy.

Being the faster of the two mediums, I was the clear nomination for chasing the guy, so I did (from cover-to-cover), but we all know 98kph of medium range weaponry is not going to compete well with 170kph of ERLL JJing Spider. Except one bloody donkey who kept insisting I "shoot him already" bc he was within my sight -- running almost twice as fast me & most definitely at the edge of my max range (let alone effective range).

Moral: Don't spout "advice" if you can't even tell what ranges a weapon can effectively hit at.

I was on crimson strait on the platform when my position was targeted by artillery. Like any sensible human, I started reversing away from it when I suddenly saw my mech topple over backwards.

HEAD COMPONENT DESTROYED

I was headshotted by artillery. The rest of my mech only had a little paint scratched off.

16 is enough to take double gauss to the cockpit and survive,that should be a bare minimum!

Just a few seconds ago i was on the same team as you. Terrible team. You did scout nicely ahead though in that Raven. Tourmaline.
Team ended in the bad spot, which left three(!) flanks open, i had no chance to get away as a Assault trying to move to a better spot.

well and i had to take you out of the battle =/ i always feel bad if i have to kill mates like this. especially when they are in assaults and left alone in the back =(

at least your team lost due to their terrible behaviour. hope you dont always get such teams o7

Well that's what MM must think because I'm getting stomp after stomp unless I kill 3 mechs and deal 700+ damage in a medium mech. Hell 700 damage is no guarantee of a win, I have one loss with 1 kill and 777 damage and another with 4 kills and 500 damage...

I can assure MM that I am not that good to be expected to carry teams all the time.
