I HATE PEEPS WHO CRY ABOUT LRMS. lrms have always been part of MechWarrior.
I HATE PEEPS THAT SAY , STUPID TEAM, GAME BALANCE IS NOT RIGHT. THOSE guys are mostly noobs anyway, game balance is for sissies who dunno how the game works

E gads man! The glorious walking bipedal 12 laser microwave?
Once mastered and with a touch of subtlety that thing is an absoloute BEAST. Stick with it-you'll love it!

Plus if you get hungry, pop a couple of steaks on the windshield and leave for 2 mins then turn over.

Nova was well named.

All these clan mechs and best games are still in a cplt. Although if I can just keep all the enemy mechs in a 20 deg arc in front of the direwolf they tend to go down very fast. Once they get into the other 340 deg I go down fast...

Is it considered as working as intended if all those LRM's are hitting the Center Torso? :)

apparently the new "meta" is standing behind a teammate, holding him in the line of fire til he dies, then complaining about the team being bad

LOL last night at one point, I had THREE Timberwolves hiding behind my Kit Fox. Then a few games later, my UltradeathpwnzorzFox had to lead the charge vs 2 badly hurt mechs in the enemy base, because the Atlas and multiple Timberwolves wouldn't.........

Is the Kit Fox so much of a beast? ;)

A Dire Wolf that ALWAYS walked into the line of fire to steal kills. I swear the guy had no back armor left by the end of the game. me=600 some odd pinpoint dmg, no kills. Him=a little over 300 dmg with 5.

I'm TKing him next time he does it. He's been warned.

At least I know that's not me. I haven't gotten over 3 kills in mine, but I have scored 700 damage.

It was driving me crazy. I'd see the guy off to my left, not doing anything until my target was almost cored. Then he'd make his move and make the kill.

I'm glad we won, but I'm not glad that I got LRM'd to death walking out in the open just to get away from him. I won't TK him, because there's a right way and a wrong way to do things, but I will give a wide berth next time.

IS mech pilots who have no concept of, or respect for, the new clan weaponry and continuously jump into teammates' C-ERMLs, etc beams.

Like... the whole point of the game is to avoid as much damage as possible while dealing out as much damage as possible.

Jumping into a teammate's line of fire negates that on both levels because you're idiotically damaging your own mech while also inhibiting your teammates' ability to dole out damage to enemy mechs.

Something so simple, yet you see this crap continuously at all ELO levels.

Mind = boggled.

Have you TRIED to stop a Dire Wolf quickly? Even with double basics, it just ain't happening in a timely manner. Things handle like the Titanic.

Been seeing a lot of that more recently. A nice firing line set up at a choke point, and some one runs in and blocks everyone's shots. I'm to the point, I just keep shooting now, TK or not.

Would be nice if Windowed mode didn't register the mouse when you scroll past the window. Twice last night I accidentally quit out of the game because my mouse was conveniently over the "X" button when I started firing. :D

I'm perfectly ok with someone accidentally walking into line of fire. Heck, I'm even thankful that people get so involved with our team winning, that those mistakes happen. I chalked the first kill up to that, but I was watching for the 2nd and 3rd kill. It took time for my little hunchie to to strip the armor and make the guy's paper model core turn red. He would just sit there and wait. No torso twisting, no leg movement, nothing.
