LRMs arent overpowered at all unless you boat them. A LRM-10 average 1% hp damage that is sandblasting....for a 6 ton weapon + ammo, that isnt good at all. You would need to fire 500+ LRMs in a match to deal decent damage. Not particularly good, just decent.

Jun i invite you to return fire against 2 medium mechs with combined firepower of 7xLRM5 chaining on you while running around at 100kmph.
and no. i dont think they are overpowered. its [as always] human nature that fails here.

edit: and no. 2 ams systems cant swallow that.

Yea thats because they are boating it and abusing chainfire to generate infinite stun locked. 1 mech with up to 40 LRMs (2x20) is perfectly ok.

Mm seemed hell bent to put us on the puggiest teams possible yesterday... Then I put up a 7 kill 1700 DMG match in my 2X so I can't really whine about it

Being called a ******* ******* by two members of my team for allegedly soloing turrets while the team collasped.

Showing how utterly blind and stupid they are as I went to help a team mate, a Centurion, take on a Thunderbolt SE.

It ran back into base and we were trying to shed turrets to get at it, the cent got to close and was taken out by the turrets, the Thud then came out after my Comando, whom I ran rings around so it went back into the turrets.

Now the abuse didn't start until after the cent was taken down but as usual people have to justify their fail on others so I was the target.

BTW Carl McCoy sucks, there I can act like a five year old as well

As for a whine im annoyed that they haven't been doing any of the weapon appearance patches lately so my commando 1B still only has 2 tubes.

Agreed! I was extra pissed they half assed the raven weapon updates. I wanted to get some ridiculous screens of the 3 ppc 3L
