I personally rather enjoy the term "Goose Waffle".

I may be biased however, as several of my buddies on comm have rather irritating ways of pronouncing "gauss"....

so i get suckered into this latest cw bit. joined up with Marik. richer then Blake and still need cbills. can't get into one drop in the limited play time i have, not that it mattered as Marik was unable to meet the objectives. grr now i am stuck in a low population faction for 28 days. oh well should of just taken the 7 day.

on that note why is there no one drop or one day contracts for those of us that really have no loyalty to anything but the cbill?...

ughm... how to make a good game where you did everything which you could into a silly game/

so, hpg manifold conquest, my team did pretty bad, i solo took theta at the beginning, they refused to protect it, and died, died and died, i killed some bold panther who tried to sneaky cap our outside points, then killed some griffin, took most of the armor from a dire wolf's both legs (already killed another dire wolf that way in another game today btw, by removing its both legs), shot some other mechs, launched uav, couldn't finish the dire because it had 2-3 other mechs around and i suddenly remained alone, my streak ammo all were depleted or lost with parts of my crow (that dire and his friends didn't pity me too), so i ended without any weapon and fled into the wilderness around the walls

suddenly i found a shadow cat and some other light or medium, we 3 were all which left of the team, enemy lost only 4 mechs but we had 4 caps of 5 and were leading by cap. the cat and his friend went to one of our caps, gamma, i assumed they wanted to hide there (silly me) and decided to hide into another place, i went slightly further, found a place behind some boxes and powered down. those two mechs decided to protect the point and both died... i told the shadow cat to jump on the wall but he already died at that moment

now i remained alone without the weapon but we still were winning by cap; i pressed tab and waited... at 740 the counter stopped. i sighed and looked through the windshield (or w/e it's named), some enemy mech (im not good at distinguishing their silhouettes... some inner sphere humanoid tin can, may be centurion) passed me and went to the gates, i decided that i had a chance now to cap gamma, i powered up and went to gamma

here is where the silly part begins. suddenly i saw a tiny spark of metal far ahead, more than a kilometer ahead and for some ungodly reason thought it guarded my way to gamma, so i went slightly back and thought for a moment what to do... i decided that i might be mistaken and went ahead again... this time i saw the red dorito (but it didn't see me, i had an active probe so my radar worked better) and went back again; here somebody on my team asked me to cap gamma and i suddenly realized that gamma isn't ahead but at my side and pretty close! i was like... what

nothing would change though, i lost ~15-20 seconds and enemy were winning by cap already, we lost before i even reached gamma and would lose anyway, but it was sooo silly.... my team still said it was a good attempt, but i know it was silly ><

that's what you get for playing sleepy

300 mc it's 1 mechbay or 2-4 one shot camos
or you can save it for something else

I killed one today...I was in shock. It only took an erppc and 16 srms. But it was already badly damaged.

ok this one has been annoying me for a while. I checked my settings and there's nothing showing for it BUT- it seems whenever I try to do a jump turn then shoot, I 99% of the time find myself in company command- and I can't get rid of it..... spacebar shows JJ only, there's not even a "take company command" listing IN my keyboard settings for something to be assigned to it.....

This is a bug, I saw someone else complaining about the same thing.

I have a hilariously good record pugging In CW with my spider 5d, cicada (of various descriptions), Lrmhawk 2d2, and Sparky. I had time for 3 drops today. All were wins. 2 were entirely pug teams and one was with an 8 man group. The one wih the 8 man was the only one in which the team seemed unorganized and we won with only a few seconds to spare. Whine: I enjoy CW why does it have to have such long wait times?
