Holy Frak, i've just won a Zeus 9S in the supply cache with a free key from the event!!!! and kicking some butt in an unskilled cataphract in anticipation of the loyalty reward one.

The game is being nice to me for a change i best quit while i'm ahead.

Aye, that always happens to me, just about the time I am ready to give up on it, I get a big winning streak or find a new mech I really enjoy and I am right back to my normal hopelessly addicted state.

and oh boy, we saved that battle in the name of the daily whine \o/

glorious, epic, unbelievable. teaming up, crossfiring, winning. 2 vs 5 and they all died to him and my victor

it was GLORIOUS

especially after the rest of the team went full derp and charged into the center....1 by 1 to die, while Alienized and I flanked around to a different entrance... where the enemy team marched out to us 1 by 1.. lol the crossfire we had set up worked to perfection... banshee, zeus, executioner, warhawk, etc...all fell to it... all fell to a (some people claim) substandard mech, victor, and a hunchie IIC with erppcs and ERSLs on terra therma

gotta give a shout out to the legged nova for actually surviving on the team derp door and taking out the LRM boat....

Damn I miss Seismic and Radar dep from my main account, so many times I've known there has been a mech around the corner and nothing to warn me there are two others just behind him

Ok, I should not admit this but, my 4 year old has been running the trial trebuchet on his own on the live server for the past couple days (he is sick and it makes him happy, I am a pushover /story). He is consistently outscoring 3-5 players on his team. I can only assume that this means 20-30% of the MWO population are 3 year olds?

Sunday teams were good even when I was in losing teams the MM was putting together well matched people, the teams are so utterly stupid today, that I am in the mood to punch someone, this isn't match maker, this is just really basic shite, like if you push you keep pushing, you don't suddenly stop and take cover, just because you took a few hits. It's rare I get this wound up over pixels so taking a break. before I call people things I shouldn't do.

Tht feeling when you are losing on polar Highlands 9 to 11, you're in a Nova with 1 torso and 1 CERPPC, and you realise that every one of the remaining enemy mechs is completely out of ammo...

nah that's a bug from closed beta where it was determined that a 5 year old girl is the deadliest pilot in the game in any mech based on many tales of proud papas telling us how their 5 year old killed 4 mechs (in 8v8 mind you) while he proudly looked on. PGI stated that the fix would come in right after they finish tweaking role warfare for lights.

Haha, it would be awesome if that were the case. It is more like he did 180 damage in an atlas, but 6 of his teammates failed to break 150 (I have that screenshot )

I sell my soul, ignore my family, swear at the postman for knocking on the door and dragging me away from an event, to get a top 50 spot.

Then these guys don't break a sweat and prove it by getting top ten spots in several classes

My whine is when (I don't know if this happens at higher tiers) people with lurms fire, volley after volley, into a builder in front of them or especially into those lopsided spires on Tourmaline. Guys, the building isn't going to move out of your way.

I watched an lrm atlas trying to kill a highlander IIC with his LRMS, but he wouldn't wait until he had a lock to fire. So, all of his missiles kept hitting behind the highlander. It was almost as impressive as watching a Direwolf fire erllas into a mountain 100m in front of him because there was a red box there from an enemy that was targeted 1k away.

I am just about sick of all of the crying about the loyalty awards this year. Whether or not it was implemented properly, I still think: "Your loyalty rewards are stupid, I am never buying anything ever again." Is a pretty immature reaction. I mean, for all the reasons you might not want to support PGI, a poorly run reward program seems rather trivial.
