Has anyone found a medium similar to the Urbie? We have Flashman for Heavy, and Imp for Assault, but no mediums.

This morning I was trudging around river city in a legged spider taking pot shots at enemies around the corners of buildings and doing pretty well and all I could think is "this would be so awesome in an urban mech"

after i plan with the locusts now how can i not plan with a urbie too? it needs to be in here ASAP. fact.

Meh, who needs variants?
PGI unfortunately.

I honestly rather that the skill tree cost 3 times as much, but was unlocked by the frame, rather than by the variant.

You can fake it with
[ quote name='username']
[ /quote]

Without the spaces after the [

It is like that unannounced and ill-timed moment of man-excitement,,, that partially annoys you, but more urges you to unbelt and let fly your Imperator.

Such is the deep passions... of an Urbie-lover.

I just wanted to let PGI know that I am finally emotionally ready to be an Urbanmech pilot.

Which is where they'll have to go once they've exhausted the "3 variant" mechs. Really, it's a good way for them to do it: mechs with three (or more) variants were obviously popular, common models in the IS. But there are a lot of very good, very interesting mechs out there with fewer. I'd imagine they're in the works.

For the Urbie? There's enough variants to get in on the 3-mech wave.

I am betting it will be the light in the IS pack (hopefully) announced in the beginning of December.

Russ said no, it would be later than that.

I'd rather that they come out with a package so that they can make some money and make it well worth the wait as well. Just giving it away as a "gift", does them no good and will not help us encourage the life-span of the game.

Make it a package, separate from anything else that you do.

I think the Urbanmech should be a real-money only-pack, never released for CBills.
If you think an Urbanmech for $$$ is pay-to-win, then lol @ u mate.

Pack pricing would be $30 to $40
You'd get the following:
  • (3) Urbanmech Variants
  • (3) Mechbays
  • (1) Urbanmech Standing Cockpit Item
  • 7 Days of Premium Time
