Now we need to unlock all Elite skill to get the Master level ?

Yes, you need all the elite skills on three mechs in the same weight class to enable the Master skill. This has always been the case.

It's weird, i used to unlock 3 basic, then master the 1 mech i like

That was because you already had 3 mechs elite'd in that weight class.

3 variants @ basic to unlock elite.
3 of a weight class @ elite to unlock master.

To reach elite you need 3x of the same variant with basic complete.

To reach master is a little different; you need 3x of any mech in the weight cklass weith elite complete. If you already reached Master in a weight class, then this step has alredy been reached (you still need 3 of a kind to complete the basic set 3 times, though) this makes getting master on your second chassis in a weight class much easier/faster.
