Day #46 Update #2

So today has been busy, especially sense 2PM eastern Unite States Time as we have been on our TS3 server participating in the PGI Faction tournament going on. This has been difficult fight as I have gotten to rank 16 in the "House of Kurita" and I am trying to move into position number one which will take a lot of effort on my part.

I will be happy to be in the double digits and hopefully my "Unit" members as well though no promises on any of us. We are still looking for "Initiates" though two spots remain open at the moment. If your interested check us out and I will give you all further updates as they come on our position in the ranks.

So I opt in the faction tournament just for fun and as the first day comes to a close, I find myself in the Top 5 of Kurita. Who knew that I actually had some skill in this game. Problem is, its not a good top 5 but still, I must trudge on.

So i opt into the tournament and played for a while.When it was time to check to see where I was placed on the leadersboards,come to find out i wasn't on the boarders. After doing 15 matches then it I realize when I opt in with into the tournament it was to late by 30 mins. Which broke my little interest for the tournament,even though I blame myself not opting the day before. But i will say this I have gotten better during the matches.

Day 47# Update #1

So we have really been pushing ourselves for this torment and one of our members got them into position #3 last-night and sadly he has been pushed out again. I have no doubt he will return to his position but as for myself I was at #16 and got push down to #53, so I need to get on the road again and get myself back to position #16 or better today in the "House of Kurita" roster in the tournament and help move their ranking up.

On another note our "Training" has been going well and this tournament has proven it to our members that they have ability as solo pilots as well as "Unit" pilots. So we continue to push ourselves and are taking on two more "Initiates" this month.

We've been killing some Davions and Liao the past few days in the faction war. My Atlas and Golden Boy have been getting me through these tough battles.

Liking whats been going on with this tournament even though I was very pissed off that I wasnt able to get in.Along with when I was just playing to better my skills. The kills that would have been mine where stolen from me all the time from folks who are so single mind trying to rank up in that tournament. Glad its over because now I can try get my kills back hopefully. If not then so be it I'm just here to have fun,honestly dont care about kills.


On todays note I'll be looking forward for some little training in the unit,if not then sometime this week before my initiate program ends for me.Hoping it would end very well for me if not then I have learned from the best and i might end up going lone wolf if my Initiate program doesnt go so well...I'll see yall on the battlefield

Day 47# Update #1

So what is going on today in the "House of Solveinean" or Memorial day? we are continuing to participate in the PGI Faction Tournament, though being as it is Memorial day. We have decided to throw on one of our favorite Color Pattern the Good Old American Flag colors <Red><White> and <Blue> of course and then put the American Flag in our Cockpits.

We are proud of our country and even more so of our Armed forces, so if you see us on the battlefield give us a "Shout". We respect other countries though this is our home and some patriotism goes a long way sometimes, we have considered opening up our VoIP server this week for "Open Recruitment" as we haven't been going to Com-Star North America as much as normal of late.

We have now chosen our non-official allies for Faction Warfare when it arrives and those allies are posted and bondsmen and pilots are welcome from this four groups into the "House of Solveinean."

So, I ended up not doing the tournament. I hated how it was scored and everything and it was simply too easy for people to bot in their score. It also made people extremely poor in battle, charging in and blocking your shots with their backsides. I'm sorry but this isn't how I want to enter a tourney.

Day 48# Update #1

So it has been a busy weekend in the "House of Solveinean" many things have been updated and done this weekend. We have participated in the Faction Challenge and though we started off well many of our members hitting the double Digits and holding it for an extend period of time. We did not rank in the top ten of our Non-Official Allies "House" the Kurita's.

We did however, pick up another "Initiate" and we also did see many potential "Initiates" throughout the tournament though we haven't approached them as of yet. We are waiting because it has not been determined to actively engage this players as they are still very new to this community and though we wouldn't mind "Training" them further. They simply haven't shown anything that would make us approach them sadly even.

We have updated our recruitment thread introduction to our "Unit" and also continue to make updates on our site.I should have out the next four parts of the public novel sometime this week for our "Unit" though it is taking longer then expected as I have had to do some research into battletech lore and a bit of physics more physics as the Solveinean technology is very realistic and can be hard to explain.

Personal Update:

Week 2, Day 1: I was up until 530 AM this morning completing homework. I needed 36 ounces of coffee just to get to stay awake for the class. By the end I walked back to my dorm with my eyes closed. I then proceeded to sleep for 5 hours. After that, it turned into Laundry/gaming/recovery day. Sadly, I have another assignment due in 2 days, with an exam on monday morning next week. I will not have much time tonight to play games, but I had to update my daily post.

See you all this weekend. AND WOLNIEWSKI TOLD ME TO SAY "GIVE ME CHICKEN"

Day 48# Update #2

So what has been going on today in the House of Solveinean that is simple a lore update and novel update. I have spent much of the day updating a few sections of information and soon our training sections will be updated, however the debate rages over to add a "Public Training" section to our site for those interested in learning.

We are still keeping an eye out for possible "Initiates", we will be opening our Private VoIP server Team-Speak server for Recruitment purposes possibly starting this evening. The privilege settings are be adjusted for this Open Recruitment period and then they will be closed again.

Why is it important to do your laundry as soon as you have to?

1) You'll need to have clean uniforms to show off to the officers on surprise inspections,

2) When there's a mech alert, you will need your socks for your mech boots,

and 3) During a mech alert, you really want to get in your cockpit in dirty underwear?

No mech training today. Instead, I donned my armor made from monster parts and went Monster Hunting and finally broke HR 8 (or 52) with the defeat of the Dire Miralis. I haven't seen anything like it and I was half expecting having to fight it while on a row boat while this huge dragon lurked under the waves.

This leaves only a few monsters that I have not defeated yet. Namely, Gold Rathian, Silver Rathalos, Lucent Nargacuga, Abyssal Lagiacrus, Hallowed Jhen Morhan and Alatreon. Its only going to get worse from here on out...We struggled with the Ivory Lagiacrus and now, there's an even scarier one which I haven't even seen.

Day 49# Update #1

So we continue to make progress in our "Training" matches though lately most of our members haven't been able to be on at the same time which has left us to train in lance formations. When we do have more then four members on we have been sync dropping rather successfully and we are using private matches as well though these last two weeks not so much. The main reason has been life issues with many of our members, though that is starting to turn round a bit.

We continue to grow in number and yet we are always keeping an eye out for more "Initiates" and sadly we just cant accept everyone as some of those who become interested do not fit with us or us with them. If you are interested in Dropping with us then feel free to contact us in-game or go to our website and contact us through that method as well.

I should have one or two more sub-parts of Chapter One, Part Eight out by this weekend and I do appologise about its delay but had to check a few things over with our own lore master and few other lore masters I know personally. So that it won't conflict with the established lore of battletech to much and the responses would be as dead on as possible.

RL has kept me busy the last couple of days.So I have missed out on some of the training because of this,but RL comes first before the game does...I will say this I hope Friday night I can do or a lot of training with this unit...Like my Naschina has said even though we cant accept everyone.So bascily need to prove yourself that you can be accepted into the initiate program even then after your in the initiate program there is the possible that you wont be able to gain the next rank..If you dont make dont be sad or upset take as it is and move on.

Day 49# Update #2

So we have had few changes today not as much as some might have perhaps liked to hear, but a few changes. The password on our <VoIP> server was updated and we have decided to be back on the North American Com-Star <VoIP> "Team-Speak Three" server starting tonight. We will be seeking "Initiates" on there and also be working towards our "Training" on that <VoIP> Service. We plan to do <Twelve Man Drops> again with the lonewolves starting this week.

I am still working towards updating epic parts of our website so that those interested in learning more about the Solveinean's can do so without much of an issue. If you are interested in doing drops with us, then look for us in our channel over on the North American Com-Star <VoIP> and we will get you in a group with us soon as possible.

Day 49# Update #1

So what have you been going on today? attempting to lead pugs in intelligent drops in Mechwarrior Online today. The issue is that there are few intelligent pugs and what I mean by that is they just simply don't listen even when you talk to them and use the grid map to post positions. They believe they know better or don't care about winning but simply their kill/death and this is the reason why I get frustrated.

I could live with a pug stealing a kill, yet when they simply don't glance up at their positioning markers or down at their grid map. This frustrates the hell out of me and their unwillingness to do something different in battle is what really gets to me.

So I will continue to do drops and work with trying to get the pugs to listen but sadly a even I do not believe they will change until they give up their self center play-style.
