My point is that what causes delays is so dynamic and in most cases you can plan or expect them.
Since you brought up UI2.0, that's a pretty good example too. Why are we surprised that CW is delayed? We're not. As it should be. Like I said, don't count on any date until you see it released. I'm sure PGI gives dates to the best of their knowledge, and things happen....
