There are several issues with the build
- Ferro Fibrous on a Heavy (FF is almost never worth it on heavier mechs, it takes up too many crit slots)
- STD engine on a Catapult. Catapults are so fragile with the huge CT, you'll need the speed. The advantage of the Jester over the other Cat variants is the larger engine cap, no point wasting it. Cats also have relatively small side torsos. You're also not going to catch any lights with a small engine
- Not enough heatsinks. The Jester is all energy, the point of all energy hardpoints is to allow you to have a bigger engine and stack heatsinks
- JJs in legs with spare slots in side torso. Legs get shot off, put JJs where they can't be destroyed
- Not enough armor CT
- You already have a measly 6 energy hardpoints as a Heavy, why waste 2 of them. You can choose to put backup weapons there. If you're planning to let them get shot off, may as well take off the armor for more DHS or larger engine.
- spare tonnage, the build isn't min/maxed. you have 0.22 tons left over, which could have gone towards a larger engine
In keeping with your design philosophy, I would build the Jester like
this or
this or
this
The
poptart meta build is the most popular nowadays
