Do you love it? Hate it?
Already have a favorite build?
Just got mine but haven't used it yet and would like to read about your experiences with our newest guest, the TDR-9S

IIRC, I've been running a LPL, 5 MLs, and 2 MGs. It's a pretty beastly brawler that requires only a little care with heat, and it moves fast enough to get from cover to cover pretty reliably and to support the rest of the team wherever the enemy has made close contact.

I ran both my Tbolt and my Phract tonight, both with stock engines, 64.8 kph. The Thud felt like I was driving an Atlas, awhile the Phract felt like it was flat trucking.
One more reason for me to hate the MWO iteration of the Thud.

Well, to be frank, the Thunderbolt-9S has the torso twist reduction, which indirectly does make it slower than the Cataphract.
Even then, it's torso pitch is actually a bigger problem.. despite being the same as a Cataphract. The Phract doesn't really need it as much, but the Tbolt... it's a sad design.

...so it stays in my mechbay with 3 other friends till I'm so poor that I have to sell it for mechbay, but I'm _never_ going to play a single game with them.

64.8 is slow for a thunderbolt. my slowest thunderbolt does 80. one of the only advantages to the thunderbolt is that you can put a 300 engine in it.
