Still looks a bit tall. But I guess you always manage to take them when the legs are fully extended in the animation . Keep up the good work :P!

Looks good... Accept Adder isn't supposed to have torso twist.... PGI please take proper time to do Nova because he is iconic for NOT having Torso twist.

Other than that AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
With btech rules each mech is able to torso twist... no matter how ******** the trainee they used to draw tro images was. Hence mwo will finally fix faulty drawings and make them all able to twist

Happy I didn't spend a buck on clans :P

This is how the Adders looks. You don't have to like it.

Very nice. I really like the menacing looks of this little gem.
Looking forward to pilot mine.

Now if we only would get all gamemechanics of clans before actual mechs.... I'm guessing that is too much to ask

I wanted so badly for Clan lights to be good. The Adder looks great but that's where it ends. A JR7-F will tear it appart with no contest. It's going to be too slow and too hot. So what if you can lose 1 side torso. It just prolongs your suffering as you're torn apart. All you can do is snipe with it but you can do that just as well with pretty much any IS 'mech 30-35 tons.

The Kit Fox is going to be too slow to be competitive.

1) Looks really good, Im impressed.

2) Could we please have seperate cammo patterns for IS and Clans? I dont wanna look like the opposition when I take to the field!

3) Nitpicking, but when you say it has two ERPPCs... you really mean cERPPCs, right? You are not trying to blanket over some "oh this balancing is hard, lets just have the same weapons all over because we could not find a solution in time for our deadline..." I hope?

clan ERPPCs are just called ERPPCs to the clans.

only mix tech games have to give them the designation of cERPPC

a 100kmph light mech with stock 1/2 max armor, unremovable flamer.

This mech is Jenner bait. If they are stuck on these rules, this and a good portion of other clan light mechs are dead on arrival (Uller 97kmph, cougar 87kmph)

Fire Moth; 20 tons 160kmph
Mist Lynx; 25 tons 120kmph
Artic Cheetah; 30tons 130kmph seems like the only clan light that will be viable

Jack Frost?

Also: awesome...Now I have another game that will always remind me of MST3k when I play. I'll just add it to the list.

If you're playing the Puma as a scout, you're doing it wrong. It will have a role on the battlefield, but it won't be the traditional scouting roll. It's a fast moving direct fire support mech.

The adder on the far left. That one would be extremely easy to size compare to, me thinks. It is pressed right up against that service elevator, after all. A clearly visible size comparison.

Perhaps we will finally see some nerfing of the IS Lights.
Truth be told, a fully armoured Jenner with 6ML doing 130km/h and still having 40% cooling efficiency is imho just madness in BT. ^^

Assuming that the targeting computer can be removed this guy should be able to mount two ER LL, two streak 6 launchers and two tons of streak ammo. I'm thinking it will fair better against other lights than the ER LL Ravens and PPC cicadas we have now.

Someone already did a size comparison, and it's roughly the same height as a Jenner. For some reason they just look big.

I think if you're going to Nerf speed on any lights you're going to have to Nerf the torso twist speed on all Heavies and Assaults first so it's harder for them to track fast movers.

Problem is the Adder is going to rain 15pts PPC volleys on you before you can get in range for your MLs. Sure even if you got close what then? Cause any parts you have to take 3 hits will be most likely be done for. Yes I'm talking to you Jenner and Firestarters.

Being a Firestarter pilot myself, the only chances of me winning is if I have LoS all along the way to get to him. Besides they still haven't really described the Targeting Computer thingy... If one were as much worried about it being strictly in a Fire Support role, swap the C. ER PPCs for C. LPLs and go quick brawling which I'm most likely going to do.

I like the Kit Fox design, but the half bucket weapon system is really not my thing. It's either Missile + Energy / Ballistics + Energy. Only real pitfall for most of these mechs are that they do not have Jump Jets as far as prime variants go.

i wouldn't call meta jenners scouts. if anything they are support mech killers. specifically LRM boats and slower mechs.

But maybe if the adder sticks to its teamates well enough and is played more like a medium mech. Closest thing to it would be a blackjack, but that is a 10 ton heavier mech.
