Ah but I was wrong as Niko pointed out. The quote stated to be registered by Wednesday, so yea, I misread it thinking it was the same day. Guess my glasses needed some cleaning lol

The public test client will not update as of 12 noon est. Will we be able to patch before the test???
I get a version mismatch notice.
Yes, I realize it is not live but it should update then say account not authorized.
I am hoping it will allow patching before the server goes live....

Diversity as in that there can be teams which lead to different playstyles.
Maybe you get a team with 6+ lights and decide to blitz the enemy, maybe you get only slow heavys and try to dig in, while not 100% balanced, it might be more fun then seeing exaclty 3+3+3+3 every game, i would like it more if it was 2-4+2-4+2-4+2-4 for example

1. I really think, that the Assault/Heavy dominance should be. You know, they are bigger and so.. And, I would make a 2/3/4/3 system insted of 3/3/3/3.

2. I played long time with my Jenners and Black Jacks, and I loved them. But, I am more fitted for more weight/armor/firepower. And I know what want a light/med pilot: just kill me.

3. But, when the most non-mastering player use an ECM Mech?... MM is not really a magus, it could coose just from those Mechs, which are there.

4. I don't know, but I would rather see a 2 ECM cap too...

5. I don't think that it would be there 6 BAP/etc., but... perhaps.

PS. I am not really sure, that my 5 ERLL Stalker is really meta... And if I could kill more than 1 lights under a week, probably I would not fear those 3+3 times.

I get a "This account is not authorized" error when I try to log into the public test. Am I missing something?

Edit: Duh, I'm dumb. I thought it was starting 10 PDT. IGNORE ME!

Players who have registered to MWO before 10:00am PDT (1:00pm EDT) on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2014 will be eligible to participate in the Public Test.

I was referring to this, but registered to MWO as a player or registered, like in opt-in? I really should get some sleep.

But still, I do like the idea of a seperate mailing system for things like these.

You can patch now, but you need to wait 30 minutes UNTIL it is operational.
