Machine guns to full damage to 180 meters, PPCs from 90-540 full damage. Sure, there's a sweet spot, but 90-180 meters is lovely, particularly if you are LRM hunting.

Whack a MG2 Module on there, and bump its max range on the MGs up to 250M.

My simple rule is if I play it anymore after using it to get the one or ones I got into the chasis for mastered I'll keep it. If I'm not gonna play it anymore I pack if full of the junk I've got cluttering up my mech garage and sell it.

I usually sell variants of a chassis which don't offer a particularly unique set of hardpoints vs other versions.

However, I've kept all my Jagers. They are one of the game's premier chassis, and yes, the fickle caress of PGI's arbitrary nerf hammer can well make currently uncompetitive chassis competitive again.

But remember if you sell them you'll only get back half what you paid for them.

Pretty sure you're better off selling the junk from the inventory to get more c-bills, than the nothing from putting it on a mech you're selling.

Uhh you get the same money from selling the gear with a mech, then from selling it one by one....

If you sell a chassis, there is a "Sell equipment" checkbox, if you mark it, the stuff gets sold too, else the Chassis gets stripped down, and you keep all the items.

Last (and only) time I sold, I didn't get that option.
