Please tell me this is still a thing. Is there any Stock Matches still being organized by the community? I have a Warhammer set aside that I am keeping stock, just in case. :-)

Until the quirk thing will be not fixed, there is not much will I suppose, as quirks are making OP some mechs to the ridicule level. Like Awesome or Hunch.

I would love to see a resurrection in stock mech monday. But we lost a lot of people to quirks, and even more due to timezone differences. Simply not enough of us left to justify games anymore. Not even sure we have a TS server at this point.

Life's changing schedule is what pulled me out. Otherwise I would still show up.

Most people was here for superior balance, more tactical&slower game play and love of Battetech.
Since we have quirks... And balance is screwed, we have lost much of interest to hop and resurrect it.

Given all the IS quirks, I'm actually curious as to how IS vs Clan Stock matches would play out in this game these days. I still have videos of the matches we had when the clan packs first came out. Real curious to see how they would play now.

Any interest in setting a date for this?

Well, I know I have about 3 other guys from the Seraphim interested. We've been playing every Wednesday for the past few weeks. However, being Seraphim and all... not sure how that would work out. We use our own teamspeak sever, and there is a "no profanity" rule over there. I don't know if they would be willing to go off server, seen as some of them are kids (one of the big reasons for the No Profanity rule).

If there is still interest, and Wednesday works for you guys, I could investigate if we can have guests on the TS for the event. Mind, you'd have to watch what you say...

9 pm US Eastern is when we start, and we tend to go on till 11 pm US Eastern. Otherwise known as 8 Seraphim (central). I believe that is 6 pm pacific?

Their TS is a private TS. I'm not permitted to hand out information about it. But, if enough people here are interested, I can ask if we can have guests. You would have to agree to their TS server rules if they even permit it.

However, there is a free program I know of. Dolby Axon. No server needed, just need to know user name. Just presenting it as an option.
