Every match ever on Terra Therma:

"If you go mid, go all the way in and spread out. Do not derp around at the entryway. If you are not going to go in, then do not go mid at all."

Queue team going mid and derping in the entryway, clumping up and neither moving in and spread out, nor pulling back. Thus begins the slow off-picking of the team until the nearly-untouched enemy (who did follow the above instructions) decides they have enough of a numbers edge and attacks.

I usually end up saying that to my 4 Mans right about the time we hit CLG and the score goes from 2-2 to 2-7.

When I take company command while pugging, the three things I explain are "watch your compass for waypoints, B is for Map, R is for targeting." At least one player always says "thx for the info". This is why I do not trust "core" tryhards who champion broken game mechanics like they are "features" just to keep whatever advantage they're exploiting. If this community is to grow at all you must accknowledge there's at least 1 totally green player per match that needs our help, not be told to suck it up and L2P when the chips are down.

A few games come to mind.

Game 1: I'm in a locust. Team mate immediately types "Already 1 down" in team chat. A few seconds after the match start I notice this, I stop any type "I'm not that bad in it, we'll see who does more damage" not a moment later and I got hit by 2PPC+2AC5... dead...

Game 2: I'm in the triple gauss ilya. A Raven-3L is off in a corner away from his team scraping me up. I pretend not to notice. He finally sees what I have "3 gauss rifles!? Really!? Not doing much good for you are they?" He scrape me one more time and ducks behind cover. This time I wait for him, charge-up, he pops around the corner, I alpha his ST and he goes POP. He then proceeds to spend the rest of the game bitching at me about how I'm ruining the game and have alternate sexual preferences.

This happened just Sunday. Spawn as alpha lance on Alpine, 3-man plus a DDC PUG. Head around the comm tower hill, engage enemy. DDC wanders off in the middle of battle. Gets narced, dies to massive LRM barrage. Then we see F*** Youuuuuu. Get that guy with LRM's! Someone responds "its people like you why we can't have VOIP in MWO.

Still not sure how I did it, but:

"Oh shit. I have no weapons. Alright, I'm gonna charge in and get their attention. everyone follow a little behind me and core them out when they turn to shoot me."

We won with only one casualty: Me. I even managed to inflict 10 damage from running into someone.
