This is an open letter to PGI to fix bugs and to stop implementing "Features" that only hurt the game.

Also: what "hurts" the game is purely subjective, your opinion might not be the most widely spread. Then again you didn't really express any opinions on, well, anything in your open letter except for "PGI SUXX!"(paraphrasing...).

They implemented three major features this week: private matches, group composition, team segregation. Two of them are free and are totally bugged. One requires pay for full use and works rather well.

PGI implements things that cater to people blindly throwing money at the company, they do not implement things that cater to the game itself or the ideas it was pitched on.
