I know that mechscale well, i made it (with work from Tennex and a couple others). Cataphract is 15.6 meters. If I read the Building chart right, the Lobby/1rst Floor is about 4.65meters? And as a Hotel, each successive floor covers 3.1 meters (or 10 ft)?so the top of the 4th floor should be about 13.95 meters, and the Cataphract should top out about midway into the 5th story? I know the calculator on it says tops of the 3rd is 17 meters....seems a discrepancy somewhere between that and the measurements listed on the first page of the link. Interesting.
R4 code of this city planning guide seems to be in line with what is listed in your link....

yet not what the calculator on your link gives.

Well, he is in the foreground, but we're talking basically horse tied to the rail, foreground, not enough to make a large perspective discrepancy. And TBH, part of what is throwing me is the width of the windows, maybe they are making the building seem deceptively short?

Tennex actually pulled the ingame models. I could probably get approximations, as the mechs in the Mechñlab are in scale to one another (I believe) and kind of fill in the blanks, but it would take some time. Probably be best off just figuring out individual ones as you need them? I think that list was last updated after the Stalker release, and then they banned Tennex for speaking up about The Devs beings idiots on some thing or another.
