I will facepalm if they butcher the Diamond Shark symbol cause that's the tag i want, i better not see a grinning shark or one that looks like it did some drugs like the clan wolf icon!

Dont get me wrong the art dept in this project is fanstatic imo
Better than any previous title in the genre again imo
But im not sure redesigning eveything is a great idea, some elements should be left alone to pay homage to the games origins
(been playing since the 80's)

I think the logo's was one area where this could be done.

I found the redesigns recognisable and well executed, but i think they are one element that could have been left as is, as a link to the games origins that are well established and recognised.
