Video: Radeon HD 5770
Memory: 8 Gigs of DDR2
Processor: AMD Phenom Quad Core 9600
Not sure what my motherboard's specifics are, but it's an Asus.
Custom Built a few years ago and it has served me VERY well. And will continue doing so for a few more years. (That is unless CryTek screws another engine over *glaring at CryENGINE1*

This should be enough to run MW:O with.

built in Aegea Phys-X card (I know they aren't supported anymore... but I can't remove it.)

It's not a laptop. It's a "Desktop Replacement"
:)

P.S. It's basically an Alienware M17x but with the dell xps name on it. (after dell bought alienware)
