With this, plus the ability to fire arm and torso lasers into the air and wiggle your mouse around, so does the cheat.

The rest.....what the f**k are they thinking? Sonic boom warhorn sounds like you handed a 13 year old some dubstep synth presets, hit one note and called it a day....
Why don't they just have this:

I'm not one to boast, so please don't take this as boasting or anything of the like, but I'm not terrible at sound design and would've gladly donated my time and efforts to make some cool warhorn noises if I'd known THIS is what we'd get. The two mentioned above are good, but others are just laughable.

Your premise is faulty. Allow me to sum up.
1. The noises are horrible, IMO and in the opinions of most of the people who posted here.
2. Most of us DON'T believe PGI can't Do anything right, in fact many of us were white knights before we were disillusioned, disappointed, and demoralized. And even now i can still say that PGI had created the BEST looking and feeling giant robots in video game history. The weapon effects and much of the actual lumbering around is great. But their failing to deal with horrible balance, content, and feature issues has (in many opinions) all but wiped away the initial awesome of the mechs themselves. We mostly believe that they refuse to do anything right at this point.
3. If PGI sent me a million dollars i wouldn't care if it came by carrier pigeon. Also I would shill for them loudly and often should that occur, it's not that i have no integrity, it's that I know my price.
1. I disagree. I like the noises. Arguing preference is completely pointless. A more correct statement would be, "In my opinion, the noises are horrible." I could care less if the majority of people on this thread claim to dislike the sounds.
2. While I do agree that PGI has made some questionable moves, I'm still having a blast playing this game. I am SO SO SO SO glad PGI ignores most of the whining that goes on in these forums. If PGI implemented half of the nonsensical suggestions put forth on these forums, I'd be long gone.
3. Funny, but apparently analogies are lost on you.

Quick question if I may?
Does everybody in the match have to hear this **** like the heavy metal sound?

immersion is a great word.
It's something one can throw around anytime there's something in a game that they don't like.
