Who the hell schedules a major playtest at the exact same time as the start of the World Cup? Really? You sell all those flags to adorn the interior of our mechs and it doesn't dawn on you what most of the citizens of the world will be doing at 2:15 PM EST on June 12th 2014?

Love to play with the new toys but unfortunately there is something bigger going on.

And we care about Soccer....how?

The Test lasts until 11pm PST, plenty of time to watch whatever big game there is, and still play. Or you could just...I dunno...wait another 5 days or so, or watch the streams during commercial breaks.

Test runs for 12 hours and my cable service allows me to pause the program for later viewing.

No issue here!

Meh, if they waited for nothing else to be going on in the world it would be a long time before Clans got released.

Your going to be hard pressed to find any Americans caring much about Soccer....now if it was the Super Bowl....then you might have an argument.

as for the OP

1. DVR
2. TVs and computers are capable of working at the same time
3. it's a 12 freaking hour long test.
