nope ill just go with the 2 uac10 2 uac5 and 2 uac2 build that is higher damage so intsead of using a build that wasn't OP and was just fun to do ill just follow the game breaking builds and really piss people off.
but as long as i dont double tap the UAC/2's my method to use them works fine. but the DPS has been dropped so long on AC2's in general they are just too pathetic to try and use.

So what you are saying is, you will keep ruining it for everyone else until everything has been nerfed to stop you.

Perhaps at some point PGI will get smart enough to run a locked threshold regardless of heatsink count.
Because currently having
Cooling Rate : 3.27 heat/sec (Note: elited mech)
Heat Threshold : 70.08
is a bit much for 16 DHS (Inner Sphere).

(TT: 3.2 heat/sec cooling and 30 threshold; means it's a lot easier to overheat).
Because ghost heat simply doesn't work.

so i have 6 ballistic slots that im not even supposed to use? not supposed to even use the stock dashi b?
what is it about the load out that is "ruining" things for everyone?
you know how many people i have to decide to charge me face first? its pathtic.
If PGI actually thought about things all they need to do to fix AC's is greatly reduce cockpit shake and explosions so people could see. PROBLEM SOLVED.
instead we get UAC"s being turned into garbage. or broken if you mistakenly try to double tap.

The B configuration is armed for long range engagements with four Ultra Autocannon/2s which have a reach of 810 meters and are backed up by a pair of ER PPCs for even greater punch. An LB-X Autocannon/10 provides excellent medium to long range firepower and allows the Dire Wolf B to act in a variety of roles including vehicle hunting and anti-aircraft. For close combat, the B configuration has two Medium Pulse Lasers and an ER Small Laser. BV (1.0) = 2,127[1], BV (2.0) = 2,609[2][8]
That doesnt look like all-autocannons to me.Lots of other weapons to balance it out. But somehow I doubt you would ever use the stock build. You would put as many UAC2's in as you could instead.

i put 2 additional UAC'2s OMG THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END ITS SO OP!!! and actually i did us the stock B for awhile.
its just a continued example of PGI F"in things up instead of just fixing the thing that is making people whine.
Get rid of the cockpit shake and explosion then the noobs could see when they charge me face first and i could have my fun.
if PGI would rather i great a build that maximizes front loaded damage but avoids their stupid ghost head i can do that instead. i already have a build in mind that would hit the 70 Alpha range with no ghost heat.

I'm seeing threads in general discussion where people are crying because ACs are obscenely overpowered. Warhawks are being shredded.

Granted I haven't used the streaks, but...o.O;

but to give you a picture i had a nova run at me face first from about 400 meters
i had 2 uac10 2 uac5 and 2 uac2
he had a few large laser and ERML
i was able to kill him and ended up with all my CT armor gone and CT being yellow
this wasnt a brawl or antyhing it was just the two of us button mashin as he charged me
if he hadnt over heated and shut down he might have won.
so yea if you sit there and take it from a DAKAwolf or ignore them then you are in for some pain
but no more pain then you would get from ignoring almost any other weapon.
if they want to do something they should put the double tap mechanic back to being random.

1) The Daishi Prime (Only one I got to run) is an impressive Mech that I will really enjoy piloting.
2) PGI needs to fix the engines so that I can equip engines in my Clan Mechs like I can in my IS Mechs. I know they locked it for "balancing," but Clanners are supposed to be more powerful than IS, and switching engines in and out of Mechs is something of a cornerstone for MechWarrior. I'm willing to sacrifice all the medium pulse lasers on my Daishi for a bigger engine, but can't because of PGI's rather ridiculous blunder with engine locks.
Other than the engine issues, I think that everything I saw was spectacular! The colors and sounds were particularly cool.
Overall, PGI got it right - I just hope that they come to their senses regarding the engines. Otherwise, there will be some Clan Mechs that won't be very useful, I think, particularly on the lighter end of the spectrum*.
*Disclaimer: Once I've had a chance to pilots my Lights, I will come back and comment on this better.
