[Armored Yokai]

Only a few people here mentioned it, but I would love to see the Battlemaster. That was the first mech I ever used. That's the mech that made the PPC awesome in my opinion. The Battlemaster is another one of those mechs that never got the love it deserved in the videogames.

Seeing they had found the Helm memory core there were certain weapons and mechs that were out during this time among the House and a few Merc groups.

This makes the question of certain mechs being able to come out. All they have to worry in the copy rights thing.

Looking at what they have already, I see the iconic Panther or the dependable Orion coming out soon.

However, I don't think I'm rightly able to predict the mech that the developers will unveil next. Whatever it is, I look forward to seeing their wonderful design for it.

All my sourcebooks tell me August 3049 for Periphery and March 3050 for IS.

At any rate, I have a feeling that all mechs will be selected from TRO 3050, so I guess that we can take picks from that one.

True but lets just say that is they follow the time line the Mercs will encounter the Clans first because of that is were the houses had most of the Mercs stationed on the Periphery chasing and Guarding from pirates!

Not sure when the Uziel came into production but that 'mech would be a lot of fun to pilot with 2 PPC's and an SRM-6. Although if they allow for bombast lasers to be in the game in the future, two of those with a bunch of extra heat sinks could make or break someone's day...

Assault: Either a Zeus, Mauler or Victor

Heavy: Quickdraw, Grasshopper or JagerMech

Medium: Vindicator, Dervish or Enforcer

Light - Wolfhound.
It's a classic and I'd love to see what they can do with a redesign. The humble Flea would also be great, I love that mech, but really we need another bipedal light first.

Medium - done!
I too believe we will get 16 mechs at launch, and I think we are done with mediums for now.

Heavy - Orion
Even more classic than the Wolfhound, how can we not get this mech? Fills a tanky role in the current heavies too, win win.

Assault - Highlander
To be honest I was torn between the Highlander and the Zeus here, both would be a good fit, and both could look awesome after a redesign. But I think the Highlander with its jumpy feet would better fill out the rosta.
