All this tells me is that 89 people have way, way, way, way, way, way, way, WAY too much time on their hands.

Also, suggestion! For the house populations, it'd be cool to see an Innersphere pie chart with house sizes corresponding to members affiliated. Thanks for the graphs and whatnot.

Glad to see these numbers published! Interesting stuff. (Better than my finger in the air figures anyway!)

One thing I was surprised at was the low uptake of veterans packs, I suspected there would have been a number of people getting them then upgrading, I suppose the no founders 'mech thing was the deal breaker.

I like the careful wording of figure 3... 24190 are male, 512 say they are female...
Yeah we know the truth :-p

ERRATIC_CHEESE says its female...

I first originally displayed the data this way

http://mwomercs.com/...__fromsearch__1

The new idea in the works is to impose the pie chart over a map of the Inner Sphere...You will be surprised at how close it matches...

We hit a spike ever since the Beta announcement, and I don't see this stopping anytime soon, especially once the PR machine gets going and major gaming websites start promoting the game with reviews/previews

You forgot about the "pie chart about Procrastination" though.......

Naaaaa he will do it...Tomorrow :D

Awesome charts as always, nice to see PGI getting some money, it cannot hurt the game's development, that's for sure, and maybe even accelerate the EU servers arrival if we're lucky !

Now if we could just have a word from the 2 ACTUAL female from this forum, that would be just lovely

Appreciated. Process used to take awhile, but I am slowly automating more of it, so a majority of the time is spent more on making lovely graphs for you all rather than compiling statistics. However that is slowly become automated as well.

Awesome stuff. Looks like PGI and IGP got a good down payment so they can roll out the best product possible!

I am looking forward to seeing where this takes us all in the near future.

Can you add the Windbourne Highlanders to the mercenary corp numbers chart? We currently have 85 members on our roster.

Nice numbers.
I like numbers, I work with them.
However, showing in the game's credits is going to be totally devaluated if you're standing there with several thousand other people.^^

The main appeal of MMO's is wish fulfillment. Your avatar = you, or your dress up doll.

Mechs don't have that, especially the less anthropomorphic ones. Mad Cats would not be popular without arms. They'd just be Catapults.

This game, even if it were a brand new IP, would never appeal to women. With only ~150K registered and the game already in beta phase, what this game needs is to appeal to more and more men who don't know the IP but who do play similar F2P arena combat/FPS games. We don't need people who play Farmville or Angry Birds. We need people who play League of Legends and Team Fortress 2.

Now what if this is like MWO itself. Where the users listed are those who have only signed on to the forums. There could be a lot more of the Op:Inception founder's packs out there that we do not have statistics to.
