Hardware forum would be a better place for this, but no. Your computer is drastically below the minimum requirements.

I'm not totally sure how the xeon dual core stacks up but your GPU needs an upgrade, and you need about 2 more gb of ram. If the CPU needs to be upgraded then you may as well build a new system.

GPU upgrade:

4gb ram kit assuming its compatible with your mobo:
http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231122

If your CPU needs an upgrade then you'll need a new mobo as well.

budget options:

http://www.newegg.co...N82E16813157280

But then you'll need ddr3 ram

http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820231311

And possibly a PSU upgrade if yours isn't at least 400w and a decent brand.

http://www.newegg.co...N82E16817151094

And with your CPU I'd just opt for the new system.

Yeah, sorry, you *at least* need a much faster video card and probably more RAM... and the CPUs (it looks like you might have a paid of single-core Xeons?) are likely going to be borderline if not too slow. Sorry :D

(edit)Win Xp is supported, the game supports directX 9c so your fine on OS.
The requirements for the beta list directX 9, and say Vista 32-bit. So go by that.

Pretty much everything else listed is below the minimum. RAM and graphics card are your two biggest down sides. But i doubt it would be worth it to upgrade this computer. As after those are fix'd your cpu is going to be too slow, and will likely need a better mobo (ram might need one too).

But sorry to say it, you might be in trouble.

:D

I just now noticed, the "Core i3-2500" has to be a typo by the devs. It either is a different model Core i3, or an i5-2500... not sure which :/

You're looking at around $1k to get a good gaming rig that will run this.

Craigslist with the help of a friend who knows computer stuff and I'm sure you could find a rig for $400.

Sorry but, by the time you've upgraded everything you needed to, you'll have a new computer.

Honestly, don't build if you don't know what you're doing. World of pain, and very expensive if you should, say, happen to fry your CPU or motherboard doing it wrong. Get something used that's prebuilt with a dedicated graphics card, not some onboard Intel HD 3000 junk. Dell Outlet has very low prices on their used XPS rigs, and there are coupon codes all the time. Just use yer search engine.

worse comes to worse, you can still play for free when the game comes out, maybe you can get by until you can upgrade.
