The only thing I can suggest is someone head over to Reddit or Twitter and let them know. They don't use these forums for anything anymore.
Maybe we're getting ready to have another sale...."Good connection, 10,000MC" or something.....

Dev's replied to this thread further back and said they are aware of the issue and working on a fix.

In all fairness, if PGI owned the Internet and ALL the ISP's that run on said Internet, then perhaps then they could better control every PC and crap Laptop, and their 256K connections to them via the INTERNET. Sadly they don't.
But wouldn't life be better if they did?

You'll pardon me if I take everything I see from a Dev with a grain of salt. I've been playing for longer than 2 weeks....I've seen the results.

Excellent. That's one game where he knows it got hit with the problem they're having.
The more they know of, the easier it should be to find out common patterns pointing at the cause of the bug.

So wait, you're suggesting that even though a PGI representative posted in this thread that they are aware of this issue, they are not actually aware of the issue and need someone to contact them through Reddit.
What kind of mental gymnastics do you do to twist your thoughts so thoroughly?

Thanks for your ignorant comment. Next time, keep it to yourself.

I guess the kind we've experienced on and off for the last year and a half or so?
"we're aware of the problem and working on a fix" Its a mantra.
some things like the horrid UI, or Lermageddon, or ghost heat, fall damage, terrain hit boxes, getting stuck on nothing, gold mechs, matchmaker than decided this side wins the battle, the ability to purchase a top end mech with no time in game and...and a bunch of other stuff, at least we can play without getting transported sideways, kicked out of game too often, moon walking mechs, wasting money for arty drops, cool shots etc and the rest of the malady's that goe with fekked server side problems when your game goes wonked 90 seconds into it is a bit more frustrating for those of us still trying to hang with it looking for better days.
Surely I'm not the only one who has seen it take a month to get a patch, only to not see a fix.....like the request for a button to kill the noise in the UI when moving the mouse around, how long did that take? BUT it did not affect game play.
