The second game and crash:


128 out of 0
tried he rejoin but he wow, another crrupt file.

so run the OLD-repair tool because the new 1 is BROKEN!

I'm getting a CTD (without error, warning or whatever, just a killed process and... hello desktop) in 1 out of 10 matches. I'm able to re-join, but it is very annoying.

It happens at the beginning of a match, right after the startup-sequence. Middle-match CTDs are more rare.

My game crashes all the time, this patch is just a joke. It kills my MWO off.
Sometimes after a game, it will get sstuck at "Connecting" so I had to quit and reopen the game which waste my time.

If I am not mistaken, I had to close my game 3 times already in a period of 6 hours. Wow? This is really pissing the crap out of me. BROKEN PATCH OF MWO HISTORY!!!!

OH YEAH, I FORGOT, MY GAME CRASHED 2 TIMES ALREADY TOO IN THE 6 HOURS PERIOD. PLS, ROLL BACK THE PATCH, THIS IS UNFKINGPLAYABLE.


EDIT3: ***** CRASHED AGAIN SO A TOTAL OF 3 CRASHES NOW IN 7 HOURS, NICE ONE PGI!


EDIT4: HOLY MOTHER OF FLAMING BALLS, THIS TIME, THE GAME DIDNT CRASH BUT IT FREEZES. OMFG, THIS PATCH SUCKS!!!!!!

You might want to check out your graphic card drivers ... I do have occasional CTD (without error message), but that has noeting to do with latest patch. Nor do my friends have problems like tis .. so possibly it's just a driver problem.

Since patch I am experiencing serious rubberbanding in many matches. Most matches everything runs just fine regardless of map, regardless of how heavily the match is engaged, no problems. But then I'll drop into a match and everything seems normal until, usually it seems at a critical moment when a mech I have targeted walks into view, I have him in my sights and suddenly he rubberbands back to where he was a few moments ago, or else I'll fire into him to absolutely no effect no matter how often I fire. My ammo count drops but the red mech is unaffected. Then suddenly he'll apparently teleport to my flank and he has been firing into my side the whole time while I was shooting blindly into a snowbank. Next match everything runs smooth as silk as is normal. This seems to happen without ny relation to how long I have been playing. The only solution seems to be to wait for the match to finish... and sometimes even then I never see the match summary and the match resolves to mechlab.

Can we say it is frustrating? I normally have no issues, but since the last patch whethe in my own mech or in the ghost seat rubberbanding is a real and serious problem.

As promised a quick update on this issue, we investigated and found some unnecessary hit effect messages being sent from the server to the client which have now been removed and also there has been some tuning done to the movement messages to ensure that we don't send too many deltas within too short a time period.

These changes have been tested on public test and found to be working very well so they have been moved into tomorrow's patch. We look forward to seeing how these improvements work on production and as always appreciate your patience while we investigated and looked for a resolution.

We don't know the exact reason at this time why network performance seemed to degrade suddenly our best guess currently is those redundant hit effect messages that were being sent by the server have been increasing due to Mechs like the Nova that are able to field larger groups of weapons and generate large numbers of these messages rapidly and are still gaining in popularity.

We'll continue to monitor after tomorrows patch and make further improvements as necessary.
