I'll try this when i get home, but it does seem a little odd to apparently not have a backup or roll back plan to fix things like these temporarily until the problem can be resolved and rolled forward again.
I appreciate a fix has been apparently achieved but am still quite annoyed that this has been handled rather sloppily by PGI and i had to ask a community member what was going on as PGI's responses were cryptic to say the least and for less technically savvy people you may as well of been talking swahili.
BUT i know all too well things break from time to time and that will never change and if we are in charge of them it is ultimately our responsibility to put things right. You have now, (until i actually try) but the blatant finger pointing, technical jargon, and lack of transparency has left a bitter taste for me. You did a good job with the clans but niggles like these appear to be a case of bad planning, lack of foresight and relinquishing control to third parties and it shouldn't have to be the case where i expect a problem every patch day.
To be fair though this isn't a huge company from what i can tell and it has a relatively small and dedicated team working with a fairly knowledgeable fan base in some circumstances so it seems that your on the back foot in the first place. I should sympathize, I myself working for a small company but this predictable behavior and the lack of effective management is beginning to grate a little.
