Another vote for the up-loadable picture idea.

Cockpit damage. As you slowly begin to creep towards critical damage the wind-shield gets damaged, buttons fall off, sparking wire come lose.

I want a Loli doll for my cockpit, like in the anime "Soukou no Strain" / "Strain:Strategic Armored Infantry". The anime is more or less Battletech: the animated series, crossed with The Little Princess. In any case, the doll... it doesn't do anything except sit on the dashboard and stare disapprovingly at the pilot with it's big creepy eyes.
