I know - I know. Licensing. Timelines. But who is to say there wasn't a re-issue of the Fallout titles in 3048 - maybe a boxed set complete with a Vault Boy bobblehead? It'd jsut be so encouraging to see him standing there giving me a big thumbs up.

• Cockpit damage: Wires sparking, screens flickering, maybe the odd piece of ceiling falling on your lap.
  
• Idle animations: Your pilot might flick a switch when you're just sitting there. Or, punch that damn flickering screen to get it working.
  
• Voodoo doll of your most hated mech.
  
• Working readout for the monitors. I could really make use of the Heatsink monitor.
  
• Pick a mech (probably the same model as your voodoo doll). For every one you destroy, you get a mark on a painted surface in your mech that was scratched into it with a knife. Or an extra pin in the doll.

In all honesty? I want wipers for the glass on my Mech! And perhapse some washer squirters in case I get bits of another mechwarrior splattered on my windscreen! Ones I can turn on with a Macro
