Yes please give us the option to put random crap or images on things in our cockpit. Enemies won't see it, but it will pimp us out for gameplay videos in the future.

Hula Girl, Fuzzy Dice, pinup calendar, the toy-dinosaurs and trees mentioned elsewhere (everyone loves Wash, come on guys). Uploadable photos would be awesome, as would mech action figures/bobbleheads.

I would like to see a functional stereo system that would allow control of Windows Mediaplayer or Winamp, so I can pipe my favorite music into my cockpit and be able to change my playlists all from a control on the instrument panel.

lots of good ideas already posted. so i'd just like to agree with some of them:

-weapons (i'd like a cut down shotgun strapped to the wall)
-kill counts (doesnt even have to be per mech type)
-pinup/motovational posters
-books. sun tzu's art of war. operation manual for the mech im in. ect.

how about a little area on the edge of the console with a polaroid type photograph tucked in, except you can upload a pic to show up in that space so its kinda like your special little picture of whatever
