*Tear Jerking Music Begins with flashing images of Dire Wolf pilots having the expression of refugees and abused spouses*

Every single day... Hundreds of Dire Wolves are left behind by their teams... Every single day they are abused, ignored, and are left hungry for help and damage by their teams...

*Cue the transition to happier music*

For just a few minutes a match, you can help stop this abuse. With your dedicated time and care, your Dire Wolf pilot will grow in a positive environment, and have the chance to become that killing machine that they were born to be. But only with your cover and attention... For minutes a day...

As our thanks for donating time to your Dire Wolves, you will receive pictures of your Dire Wolf that you are supporting. You will also receive letters showing the damage they did and the kills they had after every match. You will know that you have made a difference in their lives.. And there is no price that can be put on the smile on your Dire Wolf's face for your support.

*End flashing images of now smiling Dire Wolf pilots, and dramatic end to happier music*

So true. Thank you, thank you for this initiative!

I call on all Kitfoxes to load up 3xAMS, 1xECM and 2xERLL and find the nearest Dire Wolf so that the two of you may go on to victory after victory.

Loadup on AMS? But I don't get C-Bills/XP for that!

Seriously though, it's not just the Whales that need saving. All the Assault Mechs can do so much more for their team, if they are properly supported. I don't mean that they need babysitting, but by leaving them behind to get mauled, you've just lost 80+ tons of firepower. Unless it's a Pretty Baby. It's okay to leave them to die. Although, chances are, it'll be out running the rest of the team.....

It's not like two ERLL's are anything to scoff at if the Kitfox can aim though. Perfect combo to go with a DakkaWolf, because any mech the pair of you sees is going to run out of armor fast. A single PPC is also an option that I've seen work well and lets you load up more armor and AMS ammo.

I think my shitfox has a LLas narc and two mediums on it. Narcing marauding lights is always giggleworthy.

The Awesome mech has been persecuted for thousands of years, ever since AWS-pilots were forced to build the pyramids.

You're reminding me of those sad abused Cat commercials with Sarah McLachlan.

I try to leg my teams DW at the start of the match. Otherwise he starts thinking he can go places, chase people or otherwise move around.

He's a turret. Sometimes you need to remind them of that with tough love.

I dunno... even my Atlas tends to keep up with the team, and it tends to move just as fast as a Daishi. The Dire Wolves I've seen that get picked off are the ones that don't often seem to try and keep up. They seem to pick their own, poorly thought out root, and either run into the enemy themselves or stop in a spot to take shots at the enemy, obviously kicking the hornets nest.

It's tricky to be sympathetic, to be honest. :)

As a new Stalker Pilot, I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiment of this statement. I all too often find myself behind and alone, watching the battle unfold 1000+ meters away, as my teammates delve into combat without my presence...

Please, for the sake of the slow ones, be kind to your Assault Mechs. Let them into your lives, instead of shunning them into a life of lumbering alone.

He should have tried harder to keep up.

All other things aside...

1. MOVE BEHIND YOUR DIRE WOLVES WHEN GOING AROUND. NOT IN FRONT OF, BEHIND.

2. DON'T STAND DIRECTLY BEHIND A DIRE WOLF. FORWARD AND BACK IS ALL HE'S GOT AND HE AIN'T GOT MUCH.

3. ABANDONING YOUR ASSAULTS ON RIVER CITY IS LIKE HANDING THE OTHER TEAM A WIN. WHEN YOU LOSE IT IS BECAUSE YOU SUCK FOR DOING THAT.

Actually its sacrificing two assaults to Charlie spawn THEN nascarring it around to die one at a time citadel humping by the docks.

I LOVE that one.

You could say that those abandoned Dires have been...

*sunglasses*

Left to the wolves.
