*one comp player did say in a unrestricted weight environment the Highlander would still be the go to mech. It must be true, a comp player said so.

WubShee agrees, but it accepts the risks for MOAR WUB.
And internal heatsinks. Those darn Hand and LA actuators get in the way.
Let me guess, you're whining about a 75 tonner with an XL375 as well?
I thought we were talking about Victors?
But we sure do see a lot of 75 tonners with XL 375s don't we? Kind of like how we saw Vuctors pre nerf.

That's because (most) comp players won't play mechs without Jump Jets, and because the highlander was nerfed even worse than the Victor was (torso twist speed is actually equal, but the sum of all nerfs with 2 ton Jump Jets was overall worse).
Are you a comp player? If not, what do you actually care what they play?
This is why I don't like to trot out what comp players are doing, in the tiny niche universe they occupy - a game that most of us are not even remotely playing:

I didn't realize I was speaking with an expert.
Your graphs only show that mechs with Jjs have worse base stats than mechs that don't. They don't show all the additional benefits JJs bring.

Hover jets mean you MIGHT be able to get over that rock you're stuck on, if you spend 5 seconds jetting over it.
Other mechs have to walk around it, spending about the same time.
Generally, Hover Jets aren't worth the tonnage. HGNs are just sad.

This is very true. I dropped beside one a couple weeks ago and i literally had to do a double take to even identify what it was. A pretty rare sight indeed.
May have been me, i still pilot my Highlanders and do quite well.

Perhaps and additional 10% reduction in torso twist and another 15% reduction in turn speed.

Can I get 1 crappy JJ for my Stalkers please. Just 1 crappy one is all I ask.
Complaining about Mechs with JJ being bad! That is new low in Trolling, even for this place. You should be ******* ashamed...
Stalkers have amazing hardpoints and are tough sons of <female mechs>, as such they are balanced around not having jump jets.
Mechs with jump jets are balanced around having the extra mobility, likely at the cost of weapons hard points or other factors
So no I'm not **** ashamed, nor ******* ashamed to say that jump jets should be good because otherwise mechs that were designed with jump jets in mind may as well just not take jump jets at all and suffer from their imbalance due to not being able to rely on mobility in the way they were designed to.
Next thing you know people are going to be ******* ashamed of Eagles who have a broken wing and can't fly just because there are flightless birds out there. Troll that.

you want the big gun in the arm that get the highlander 733 you get 10 more tons and better loadout spots

Obviously you are not. This is the steering wheel underhive thread for people who think Victors are bad. Honestly I hope pgi doesn't balance Clans vs. Inner Sphere based on people who can't even pilot a Victor. Let alone use all the rest of the garbage tier non comp inner sphere mechs then call the clans OP.
