As far as my thoughts on the actual changes: I'll have to reserve judgment until I see them in play. I will say that it has been my personal experience that the C-ERLLs aren't so far out of whack as has been implied here. I do think they might have needed tweaks but - on paper at least - this seems rather severe. I think the ghost heat threshold of 2 coupled with the huge heat penalty increase seems like too much. That said, the changes to the C-ERPPC speed should help with the two meta builds that seemed the most skewed in gameplay.
