sorry, but im not trying to recruit anyone here.
just want to establish alliances and communications with other units within the FRR.

I kind of have to agree with Grim here (thanks Grim). It does kind of look like you are recruiting here in our thread. Stormlight (nice name by the way) if your unit would like more communication with ours... then simply request it. We would be happy to have a chat with your leaders.
