a Kill-XP Bonus System:

It should be pretty self-explanatory.
Examples:
- The player kill an assault mech in a medium mech and gets 125xp instead of the normal 100.
- If an assault kills a heavy mech he only gets 90XP, etc...
Numbers are of course up to discussion, as well as the light class as baseline. The same principle could be centered around the medium class for example as well.
It may sound drastic at first - especially on the edges - but i still think its doable and it would be a fair bonus for the lower classes (at least until real role warfare is implemented).
