This is the heart of Xin Sheng, which is a reawakening of the heart of the citizens of the Confederation.
I will reveal a secret here, as the time is right and all hearts are true.
The Mittani is the user name of the esteemed heir to the Celestial Throne, Sun Tzu.
To follow the Mittani is to follow the future of the Confederation. Romano Liao is the rightful ruler of the Confederation, but Sun Tzu, who is the Mittani will sit upon that throne when the time comes, insuring a righteous new generation to rule. Do not rebel against she who rules, but know that in following the Mittani, you embrace the Xin Sheng- the new birth - that rolls in an unstoppable tide from him, through the Great Citizens, across the Inner Sphere. Loyalty and revolution are as one, when we act to purge the counter-revolutionary, the corrupt who use the truth as a veil to hide their decadent activities.
Loyalty to Romano Liao! Loyalty to the heir to the Celestial Throne, the Mittani! Glory to the Capellan Confederation and the true First Lord!

No. The Mittani is some foolish pretender who can expect to be followed only by the same traitors who continue to gawk shout his name like foolish and backward religious zealots. He is not now, nor shall he EVER be our leader, not if any true sons of Capella have anything to say about it. I for one know who our leader is and I will not have his name shamed by these profligates.

If we could first know where we are, and whither we are tending, we could then better judge what to do, and how to do it. We are now far into the fifth year, since a policy was initiated, with the avowed object, and confident promise, of putting an end to Liao agitation. Under the operation of that policy, that agitation has not only, not ceased, but has constantly augmented. In my opinion, it will not cease, until a crisis shall have been reached, and passed. "A house divided against itself cannot stand." I believe this government cannot endure, permanently half Liao and half Lowtax. I do not expect the Union to be dissolved -- I do not expect the house to fall -- but I do expect it will cease to be divided. It will become all one thing or all the other.
Either the opponents of the Word of Lowtax, will arrest the further spread of it, and place it where the public mind shall rest in the belief that it is in the course of ultimate extinction; or its advocates will push it forward, till it shall become alike lawful in all of the Inner Sphere, old as well as new -- Lowtaxians as well as Liaoists.
Have we no tendency to the latter condition?
Let any one who doubts, carefully contemplate that now almost complete legal combination -- piece of machinery so to speak -- compounded of the Korvan doctrine, and the Sarna Mandate. Let him consider not only what work the machinery is adapted to do, and how well adapted; but also, let him study the history of its construction, and trace, if he can, or rather fail, if he can, to trace the evidence of design and concert of action, among its chief architects, from the beginning.
But, so far, The Prefectorate only, had acted; and an indorsement by the people, real or apparent, was indispensable, to save the point already gained, and give chance for more.
This necessity had not been overlooked; but had been provided for, as well as might be, in the notable argument of "squawking sovereignty," otherwise called "sacred right of self government," which latter phrase, though expressive of the only rightful basis of any government, was so perverted in this attempted use of it as to amount to just this: That if any one man, choose to enslave another, no third man shall be allowed to object.
That argument was incorporated into the Korvan bill itself, in the language which follows: "It being the true intent and meaning of this act not to legislate anti-squawking into any House or Clan not to exclude it therefrom; but to leave the people thereof perfectly free to form and regulate their domestic institutions in their own way, subject only to the ability to peck out the eyes of their enemies."
Then opened the roar of loose declamation in favor of "Squawking Sovereignty," and "Sacred right of self-government."
"But," said opposition members, "let us be more specific -- let us amend the bill so as to expressly declare that the people of the territory may exclude anti-squawking measures."
"Not we," said the friends of the measure; and down they voted the amendment.
Our cause, then, must be intrusted to, and conducted by, its own undoubted friends-those whose hands are free, whose hearts are in the work-who do care for the result. Two years ago the Laioists of this house mustered over thirteen hundred thousand strong. We did this under the single impulse of resistance to a common danger, with every external circumstance against us. Of strange, discordant, and even hostile elements, we gathered from the four winds, and formed and fought the battle through, under the constant hot fire of a disciplined, proud, and pampered enemy. Did we brave all them to falter now?-now, when that same enemy is wavering, dissevered, and belligerent? The result is not doubtful. We shall not fail-if we stand firm, we shall not fail. Wise counsels may accelerate, or mistakes delay it, but, sooner or later, the victory is sure to come.

Followers of Tormano Liao's filthy Davionist "Free Capella" movement are precisely the counter-revolutionary elements that require an immediate demise. May they suffer the torture of a thousand sharp beaks.

And yet brother you fail to grasp the realities surrounding you...
IF Chancellor Mittani is an imposter why does he accomplish, with barely any effort, that which the so called "nobles" have not for generations ?
Hath you not looked around ?
Our ranks are swollen, infused with an influx of skilled warriors and noble tetatae alike. Our armies stand more then double their size and capacity with which to lay low our enemies before us. DO NOT DOUBT, that without these brave and selfless warriors, our nation would not survive the coming storms of war.
Forget not the House of Davion... Long have they sought to subgugate our people and take for themselves that which belongs to Cappella
It is here I swear my fealty to Chancellor Mittani and House Lowtax and pledge my lifes blood to assuring their vision of the Cappellan Confed comes to pass for the glory of the people

They have taken what was a small group which had infrequent updates, and given it vibrancy and colour.
Now, they may or may not be what you desire for the game (I know that I don't really care - if you don't play like a daft ****, no one will give a hoot), but regardless they have made the game, without once stepping foot on the battlefield more entertaining and involving for others.

I'm a reformist not a revolutionary.

The billions of men and women toiling at the whip of the other houses will not realise their destiny through mealy-mouthed reforms, comrade. The paper tigers proclaiming themselves lords over men wallow decadently in their own contradictions. The enemy will not perish of himself. Neither will the reactionaries nor the aggressive forces of imperialism step down from the stage of history of their own accord. From this, one must conclude to label oneself a reformist is to accede, to bend the knee, to those who would oppress us.
