Whether or not we will get new OmniPods remains to be seen. I suspect that eventually we will, but when remains the key question. As it is many, if not most, of the cannon configurations available at this time are already replicable, though some (such as any of the missile-armed Nova configurations) are not. I too look forward to the Dire Wolf S, because who does not want a 100-ton jump-capable mech?

You mean a 100T hover capable mech...

Jumpjets are hardwired into the Summoner meaning every single variant has them and cannot be removed. That is what it means to have hardwired components in an omnimech.
All examples of hardwired equipment in the mechs we have now include:
>The flamethrower in the Adder's CT and the heatsink in each side torso.
>All engines, endo-steel, and ferro-fibrous slots on any omnimech.
>The double heat sink in the Direwolf's side torsos and left leg.
>All five jumpjets in the Nova and Summoner.
>The two double heatsinks in the Kitfox's left torso and the one heatsink in its CT.
>The two heatsinks in each of the Nova's side torsos.
>The double heatsinks in the Warhawk's right torso, both legs, and the four in its left torso.
>All heatsinks in an omnimechs engine.
The most change I would expect to see in a Summoner variant involving jumpjets would be a hero Summoner with a jumpjet in each side torso giving the option of 5-7 jumpjets.
