Ping is down to stable ~110 from usually stable ~115 - ~140, so there is definitely an improvement.
Had a screen freeze in the first match, tabbing out and back in was needed.

The only issue I noticed was many very long wait times around 9:30 - 10 PM Central. This limited the number of drops I could make.

290-310
How does your ping compare to the Live environment?
Live is 250-270
Did you experience any de-syncs in-game?
Yes, twice around 8:30pm US pacific
Did you experience any stalls while saving in the front end?
No
If experiencing negative connectivity; What is your ISP, connection type and advertised speed?
Telstra Australia, Cable, 100mbps down 300kbps up

Everything is kinda stuttering. Even in mechlab, mouse will stutter and FPS will go from 60 to 20 then back to 60.
In game, slight stutter to everything. Seems like a very slight delay, but things are not smooth. Ping is consistently <100ms.

Did a timer. In mechlab, it drops to 15-20fps every 4-5 seconds.
Roughly same for in-game (not timed).

No de-syncs noted.
Just some occasional screen freezes, solved by alt-tabbing out and back in.

I've crashed 3 out of 11 games so far, and I never have any crashes in the normal client.

Been able to rejoin though, but not sure what the issue could be.

    BUT Hanging in the connecting overlay whenever I leave a match early. Requires restart of client

My ping doesn't seem to be much different than what I would get in the live server, but I did have lag when I tried to run the test sever with max video settings.

Turns out very high DX11 video settings will make a system with 2 HIS HD Radeon 6870's and an AMD 8150 CPU lag pretty bad (no crossfire was not used)
- who knew

- It is actually common for me to have ping rating between 80 and 130 these days even on the live server
- I have a wireless connection that is rated for 5GB down and 1GB up

- I also seem to lag when loading into the map as well, but may likely be my ISP's fault
- Never had any dc's during gameplay though

Where do we comment on the faction feature and the module update?

Definitely an improvement, down to 260-270 from 280-300. And that was during peak hours. :D

No desyncs yet, lag seems fine except in close quarters, same as live.

Saving seems the same. Searching times still quite random.

Pings were around 90 to 100.

Consistantly 10+ ms above live.

Some full desyncs. Many ping spikes to 500 or 1000. Studder-stepping mechs. Poor close range ERPPC hit detection.

Initial Connecting message seemed to take longer. Saving configs was about same as live (slow).

Shaw - Cable - 3mbs?

EDIT: Next day, same performance, 1 full desync, delayed zoom, some studder-steps.

  • My pig is generally 30ms faster than what I experienced.
  • No total de-syncs like before but constant low level rubberbanding.
  • The time it took to save 'mech changes would some times be much faster or horrendously slower (~30 seconds).
  • ATT U-Verse, DSL, 1.5Mbps

Only problems were huge amounts of lag in the Industrial zone map. Fine in Training Ground,

Ping is wors from 120 to 140. And random crashes 1 game out of 3-4.

Ping was 73-77 vs normal of 82-86.

BTW, when purchasing a weapon module the tree on the left changes to reflect that I am in ALL under CONSUMABLE even though I am looking at the weapon modules I just unlocked.

The connection is dead. I lag out within seconds of connecting or reconnecting. My ping is randomly jumping up and down, always 10 or more higher than normal. This is compared to <1 jitter with 135 ping on production servers.

Desync Looks good. Connection issue from live Server not on the Testserver.

Oh, well - since this is somehow connected with "Connectivitiy"

I get random crashes in about every 10th game, mostly at the beginning at the game right after joining a match. It always takes a couple of rounds until I crash, but then it is almost sure to crash. I have 24 GB of RAM active right now.

My Ping seems to be better around 10 to 20 ms.

I had 2 Lags in matches (1 recovered, 1 forced me to Exit) which is maybe 5% of the games so far (that was when i piloted the 169kph Locust).

OK, besides getting stuck ALL OVER the place, especially the "Sandpit" which has already been documented; on my 3rd match I got the dreaded DESYNC again. Mechs walking in place, 20 secs later major teleportation.

Seems like your "new" servers are not helping, it must be connected to the code introduced in the "REJOIN" patch. Honestly, before the new map is released, FIX THIS DAMN DESYNC ISSUE ALREADY. It ruins the fun, completely.

Edit to add: My mech is still stuck "in-game" after 10 mins, stuck inside that desync-ed match.
