Member Management page needs to display by Rank Order

Removing or editing unit ranks on the lower bottom of the Screen do not work. It's like they are blocked by an invisible overlay.

Tag: "RDL"

Today after patch i'm not able to see my unit or create unit with "Unable to create unit. error occured" window coming. Please investigate this issue asap! Thank you.

That should be it, our unit seems to be created correctly in that we can modify people's ranks, so maybe there's an issue in the database. Did you try logging out and back in to see if it updated your settings?

I have a preregister as well (Junk Hounds), some one from my unit tried to register and couldnt, when I go to do it i get "unit with that name already exists". The Hotfix did not work.

Please, pretty please allow us to turn off the blinking notification whenever someone joins or leaves the chat. It's doing my head in.

Yeah, several times. We were even forced to log in and out when the servers when down for the hot fix yesterday. Afterwards we still have the same issue. No one can change ranks, except our unit creator.

Just looking at troubleshooting\help steps here. Try toggling the option off, save, back on for the rank. Lower someone out of the rank and back into it.

A support ticket will probably be in order, too (click Support, then look for the Create a Ticket option above the email address prominently shown in the middle of the screen).

We've tried that already though.

Few points...
1. like was stated a few times already People with the assigned rank option cant modify any ranks other then there own.( worked till hot fix )

2. The unit leader should be able to assign all the permissions short of disbanding unit this will go along way to helping manage larger units.

3. Give us the ability to sort ether by rank or name.

4. Shut off the blinking notification icon every time someone joins or leaves the game.

Other then that I think things are coming along better then expected.
