There is a LOT of afk! EVERY game 1-2 player AFK, they enter then disconnect or stand and do nothing. They must by punished by c-bills hard! I think they uses some kind of leveling bots.
There is no server problem reporting. I suspect dishonoroble smell...

Your suspicions are an old an controversial topic. One I am not willing to support. After being on Comms with my fellow Lawmen as they crash out of the game, I do not want this to be dealt with using a hamfisted blanket punishment.

If you suspect they do it intentionally, report them to support. Discussing it on the forums might be a short term solution for your anger managment, but will not solve the problem.
There are currently plenty of players reporting problems with the servers and getting disconnected repeatedly, so please do not disregard such a possibility.
