I'm looking for EU unit or unit with a lot of EU active players that will be active CW at least a bit. Not too hardcore so real life comes first but at the same time focused and organized.

Name: Christopher Dayson

Callsign: Tuffer
Timezone: EDT -5
House/Faction: Steiner
Playstyle: I try to be tactical, but sometimes can get stuck in. I like to be part of the swarm, or part of the firing line raining death.
Roletype: Artillery or Brawler
Preferred Weight: Heavy (Marauders FTW) or Assault (I am Steiner after all)
Experience: Played in Closed Beta, a little in open Beta but the Pugstorm and lack of real communication options bugged me so I bailed. Picked up the Marauder collection today, so I am back.

I am a trucker so I can't play every day, I can try to get in a few hours when I can and have solid WiFi better than 3G but mostly looking for people who are understanding of limited time due to RL. Tired of the pugs, winning is fun, losing is also fun if the group works together and does their best. Obviously winning is /more/ fun though :)

Roletype: Medium skirmisher
Preferred Weight: Medium(85%) Heavy(14%) Light (1%)

I currently reside in a city called Hong Kong. I prefer fast IS medium skirmishers (i.e Griffin). I don't meta build. I absolutely hate being an an assault mech (I sold all of them). I'm looking for a semi-competitive group, but mostly casual because I don't have the resources to play super competitively (No money for airstrikes/artillery).

Here are some of my stats:
W/L Ratio 1.17:1
K/D Ratio 1.71

And now, a video of my play style. ( I know I lost, but still a good match score )

Name: Billy Blackerby
Callsign: El Switchblade

Timezone: CST (8pm-whenever, all day weekends)
Faction: Steiner (Circinus Federation in my heart)
Playstyle: Situational Adaptable
Role: Scout, Harasser, Sniper, Finisher, Point Capture
Preferred weight: Medium/heavy
Previous Experience: BattleTech Crescent Hawks, Mechwarrior, Mechwarrior 2, Mechwarrior 3, Mechwarrior 4, MechCommander, MechCommander 2, BattleTech Pods

Kills / Death: 37 / 152
Experience Points: 93,400
Wins / Losses: 75 / 91
Kill / Death Ratio: 0.24
Accumulative C-Bills Per Match: 69,427.13
Avg. XP Per Match: 562.65

I was heavily involved in the UTS Gaming league for a long time. I led the Circinus Federation, and we were a well-known and respected pirate unit within that league. I play 4-6 days a week for at least a couple of hours, with much more on the weekends. Even within PUG games I take lance command and coordinate my light lance.

I'm looking to get back into a more competitive style of play. As a light mech pilot, I live or die by the cohesion of the rest of the team, and I hate nothing more than giving my life on a feint, harass, base cap, scout run; to only have the team ultimately lose the drop.

Feel free to email me if want to try me out: billy.blackerby@gmail.com

Playstyle: Any but scout.
Role: Flanker/Direct Fire Support
Preferred weight: Medium
Previous Experience: Tabletop, Battletech (on the Genesis, because that counts!) MW4 Mercs, MW:LL, about 2 years in MWO.

I'm looking for a unit thats into CW and likes to have fun. I'm most comfortable in my ShadowHawks, Centurion, Hunchbacks and my Orion. I'm a bit out of practice, but if anyones willing to put up with a bit of rust I'd be willing to do whatever I can to jump back into MWO, rather than just playing a few rounds here or there like I do now.

You can either get ahold of me on the forums or add me on steam. http://steamcommunit.../id/Gunsmith808

Name: J. Lundin

Callsign: Felix TheEngine

Timezone: CST
Faction: Currently Steiner (willing to take any IS faction)
Playstyle: Um. Well. Hyper-Aggressive. Chaotic-Stupid.
Role-Type: Mostly Brawler and Flanker, but I enjoy all role-types, except sniper.
Preferred Weight: Assault, but enjoy all chassis classes.
Experience: Mechwarrior 2, about 6 mo in MWO

I don't have alot of experience, although I am a founder. I stopped playing for a long time for a variety of reasons, but have always enjoyed the game. My k/d ratio is bad, due to my early days, play style, and pug life. It's steadily rising, along with my tier; (still in tier 5, as I only picked the game back up about 2 months ago). I have to admit to being overly zealous at times. I also tend to work the weak side. Both get me in trouble. I'm learning some patience, and my damage average has risen to about 3-400.

I am a casual player, who doesn't have a great amount of time to spend, but I generally play a couple of hours a night during weeknights, and several a day on weekends. I'm interested in a group that understands the demands of real life, and isn't too elite or 'core in attitude. I'm also interested in grouping with players who can help me learn how to brawl and flank a little more effectively, and who can help support my play style.

Faction: Inner Sphere. I used to be affiliated to a House but left in 2012 (during beta after playing for almost a year). Contacted them, but in the end I'm here to see if I can find a proper merc unit.

Playstyle: Tactician ? I adjust to the situation. I don't have as much time to invest in online games as I used to, so I learned to be a good soldier, I give quick and reliable feedback. I'm looking for better leaders to follow.

Roletype: I don't do well with missile boats. I love Brawlers. I do well at support and would like more mechs to support with. I'm good at sniping or tanking even though in PUGs, I often forego my role to fill tactical gaps ...

Preferred Weight: Medium, heavy, assault, light in that order. I prefer well balanced mechs able to fill many roles, since I'm usually able to adjust to the situation. Sometimes it pays, sometimes it's suicide.

Experience: I started with MW1. Played BattleTech + Battlespace RPGs for a bit. Skipped MW2 and 3, played some MW4 (but not online). I can't forget my experience online in Mechcommander 1. I played a lot of FPSs, been in many units but never as much fun as Clan Burrock was. Everytime I can, I mention the fact I was in Clan Burrock in the Starlance league. We were top unit for a couple seasons in a row and I don't say this to brag but because I really hope sometimes one of them will see this :P

So here I am. Since I feel like my post is about advertising myself to make finding a unit easier, here goes why I'm here:

I know CW is not what I hoped it would be when I founded MWO, but then I remember playing back when if you wanted a ranking system you needed volunteers to do it. And a website (they were'nt as easy to produce as today). We used to fill out forms to report competitive battles, using peer review to prevent cheating, etc. to be able to have an appropriate ranking system.

So I'm here to find a community of people who like the Battletech universe and more precisely MWO with its qualities and faults. A group of people who realize fun in an online game doesn't depend on PGI or any other corporation but is all about competing to the best of our abilities.

Feel free to contact me, I know we all don't have time to waste so I'll be honest, no matter what. No need to mention "mature" players only, no matter what your age is. I'm 34 by the way, if that means anything :P

EDIT: to make it more readable.
