My previous group TFF, which was a group of former Templars that split off and eventually joined Mercstar, disbanded roughly 8 months ago. I've been inactive on MWO since then, but am getting back into the game at a casual level. I'm looking to join a group that plays between 7:00-11:00 PM CST on any/most nights. Basically just want a group to join up with so I don't have to solo when I want to play. I'm fairly confident I would be a good addition to any casual/semi-competitive drop deck. I have no interest in competitive level schedules/practices, but am willing to commit to 2-3 nights/week scheduled drops if needed, assuming they fall in the schedule I mentioned.

Playstyle (In order of preference): dakka dakka (UAC/2, baby), brawler, Sniper, Ninja... I like to play aggressive but I enjoy teamwork when someone competent is calling the shots.

Weight Class: I've normally been an assault. I'm inclined to Spirit Bear although it's usually high risk, high reward. I also enjoy my brawler/sniper Scorch and 6 ERLL MAD-IIC and 3-ER PPC MAD-IIC-B. I have a strong affection for my Night Gyrs. My favourite mech/build is my quad uac/2 + ppc on my Jade Kite. I have a hell of a lot of fun with it although I use it in serious matches. I can suppress multiple mechs and get kills and damage out fast (with aid of a couple of cool shots...). I can be pretty darn good at 2 ER-PPC Linebacker although I rarely use it. I recently got a stormcrow and absolutely love the partycrow. I enjoy getting behind the enemy lines and flanking them. Albeit, I would enjoy it more if I wasn't the only one flanking... Ocassionally I use uac/2 ultraviolet and I'm slowly getting back into light piloting.

Experience: Over 800 hours on steam. I've played more but it was through the portal. I first played during open beta and revisited a year or so ago. My first experience with Battletech is MW2. I'm considering getting into Battletech Alpha Strike. I'm tier 1 although I admittedly don't torso twist as much as I should.

Notes: My laptop is buggy so occasionally I experience matches with huge lag spikes. My ping can sometimes be over 1000 for a few seconds and I can't shoot at anything but I will be shot at. Technically I can shoot stuff but I have to imagine where the enemy will be since everything is frozen in place. Very annoying and it usually costs my life in a brawl but it's probably because PGI thought I was OP. If I had decent frame rates (everything set to low settings) and no lag spikes, I imagine I would do a lot better.

I am looking for a casual unit. I play with my bro most nights so we'd have to be in the same unit. (He loves his Timber Wolfs, Hellbringers, catapults and marauders). Ultimately it's about having fun but I would like to work together and try our best. However, it's more important to my bro that we're not stuck with a bunch of derps. He is getting fed up with consistently being steamrolled in pugs. I had a new mic but it broke...so I can't talk for awhile but just tell me what to do and I'll listen.
