having a "team" is tge difference between me putting 300 dmg in a drop vs 800+. I have MOUT CQC training so i have alot to offer back to a unit willing to train me like sqaud based fire and manuever tactics, can teach bounding/dbl bounding/over bounding/ clearing procedures, team movement and fire, formation and manuever etc. I also have TONS of literature on the subject matter (feild manuals, doctrines, manifests, etc)

Experience: Born in the cockpit, playing MechWarrior games almost as far back as I can remember. Generally a solo player so far, but looking to get in some good group/CW drops in for Tukayyid 3 and see where it goes from there. Not overly concerned with securing kills or padding stats, but I try to make the smart calls and do what's best for the team in the moment. Charging my Locust headlong into 5 base-rushing enemies is a good recent example, I stayed alive and kept them busy long enough for the rest of the team to regroup and secure a win. In terms of builds I'm not super fond of SRMs but really I'll use anything except ERLL spam.

I should note, I work standard Monday-Friday office hours, and Tuesday nights are no good. Evenings and weekends are fine, unless there's an Oilers or Seahawks game on.
