We're investigating every possible avenue in regards to ping time for our Australasia customers.
Also remember that your ISP chooses the route to reach a certain IP address; and if we trace routed your IP address we would get a route our ISP determines.

I'm a pretty regular player and after the server move my ping went from around 40 to 50 ms to 150 ms which is nigh-unplayable! I am living in Midwest USA.

I play from Australia and usually my ping was 260-280. The game plays just fine with pings close to 300.
But now it went up to 400+, now that is unplayable
my ISP is Telstra (the biggest ISP in AUS), routing now goes through Europe. 30 hops, through Germany and France
before getting to mwomercs.com at 405ms ping. In game ping is 410+

Game is simply unplayable for me. Latency increased from <70ms to 150-300+ms +the massive increase in rampant desync. Can no longer play the game. I hope this is not how it ends but for now it ends for me.
