Now I understand why I haven't heard anything after being unable to join a game since the server migration, despite sending 3 or 4 emails to support over the past week. Would have been nice if I could have found out about your major transition, you know, through a note on the support page, or in the first canned response I received?
Appreciate if you'll fix the issue now.

Armor up, check your coolant levels, and double check your weapon systems. You are dropping into a hot LZ, expect incoming fire as soon as you exit the drop ship. Expect flamers and inferno rounds, it is going to be a hot time in the old town tonight.

just wondering if any of the complaints you guys have been dealing with are with regards to server maintenance issue bugs?
i might seem like a broken record, but ive been unable to log in the last 3 days :'(

I think so, I'll confirm I didn't do something stupid like email suport
I need to change my e-mail address if that's possible, ideally in the next 10 days before it goes away.
Edit: Nope, it was sent to the right email address, I just resent it.
Edit 2: No responce still. I forwarded it from another email address. I think my support question might be getting caught in your spam filter.

I also tried to create a support ticket here:

Didn't work. No subject was available, and when I submit no ticket appears in "Your support tickets".

What is the waiting time? Some people have been waiting weeks for items that they have paid for....
