Hi guys!

Do you know if there is another backlog in the support? I have an account problem and waiting now for 9 days and got no reply at all.
Is there anywhere official information?

Yes, I think there is a backlog.

The last ticket I submitted had the following note:

"Our staff are currently handling a higher number of tickets than average at the moment. We sincerely apologize for any delay this may cause in our response time."

... and although it was a relatively low priority issue in some ways ... the submission date was May 8 and the first reply on June 2 ... which was quite a delay.
