That said, it would cripple the Firemoth and Shadowcat not to have MASC.

Not true. at 161 or so with the FireMoth and 2ERML,SRM4&SRM6... trust me by me running this with the Firemoth rough armour values since closed beta to clan launch. The Commando never changed for me. Firemoth is still very viable without MASC.

Also slightly too soon to release it.

1 mech for each major invasion Clan.
Wolf, Falcon, Bear and Jaguar. + Bonus
I think the bonus will be the Hellbringer, as we get access to it on the 23rd and it fills the Clans gap of ECM equipped mechs
Mad Dog will be the CGB mech, so Heavy is filled?
Myst Lynx gives us a light and CSJ
Ice Ferret for the Medium and Clan Wolf
Leaves us with the Assault and Gargoyle?
Unless we get a Hellbringer for Heavy, Viper for the medium and CGB and then the Gsrgoyle for CW Assault...
Thinking on it.
Light- Myst Lynx (CSJ)
Medium - Viper (CGB)
Heavy - Hellbringer (CJF)
Assault - Gargoyle (CW)
Bonus - Mad Dog
This is my guess for this.

Everything else has masc or is too far ahead in the timeline.

It will probably have about the same agility as the Highlander, except it's going to be worse than the highlander because of terribad jets, low stock armor on the torso, and hardly any tonnage to mount big weapons. It's pretty much like a 60s/70s murica muscle car, it will go forward really well, just don't ask it to go around the nurburgring.

Septembre release: Fire_Moth due to lack of scout for clans and the fact that it won't generate much $$$ if add in package
http://www.sarna.net...re_Moth_(Dasher)
Package:
Light: probably koshi
http://www.sarna.net...Cheetah_(Hankyu)
http://www.sarna.net...ist_Lynx_(Koshi)
Med: probably dragonfly
http://www.sarna.net...iper_(Dragonfly)
http://www.sarna.net..._Ferret_(Fenris)
Heavy: No hellbringer since that variant has is a ecm heavy, probably Vulture since older that cauldron
http://www.sarna.net...ad_Dog_(Vulture)
http://www.sarna.net..._(Cauldron-Born)
Assault: probably kingfisher with ecm, release first since it grandfather of Executionner

I would like to see the kingfisher, too, but it has a standard engine. Is PGI willing to release a clan mech with a standard engine? I hope so but I don't know.

Gargoyle, Mist Lynx and Viper are my other guesses. (Hellbringer/Loki as the Heavy if Mad Dog is made the bonus toy).

If they still go for the planned 12vs12, Firemoth with no masc is the best match up for locus. They did release mech without it equipement in the past. So it shouldn't be much of an issue for them. (ex:ECM & Commande Console).
And for cauldron it posted at 3049 on sarna. (but they could be wrong).
There's no ECM heavy in IS so hellbringer is to much wishfull thinking for me
I have to admit that the Kingfisher is wishful thinking from my part, but it a good counter for Atas d-dc.

Wrong!!
First of all, those said stats, are the stats from the previous year. So that card has value but the stats on the back are not the ones for that particular year.
The same can be said of the Technical Readouts, 3039, 3050, etc.
Which is why I'm still posting these `Mechs. They were all seen at the major battles between Clan and Inner Sphere forces. Hell, Grayson Death Carlyle and his Legion faced off against Clan Jade Falcon, and beat them twice! The Falcons had the following 'Mechs in those Battles: Black Lanner (3058), Fire Falcon (3058), plus the Summoner, Kit Fox, and Mad Dog.
So I say again:
Possibles are-
Light Mechs
Hankyu (Arctic Cheetah)
Fire Falcon
Koshi (Mist Lynx)
Medium Mechs
Grendel
Fenris (Ice Ferret)
Black Lanner
Nobori Nin (Huntsman)
Battle Cobra
Heavy Mechs
Cauldron Born (Ebon Jaguar)
Loki (Hellbringer)
Vulture (Mad Dog)
Night Gyr
Crossbow
Assault Mechs
Man O'War
Kingfisher
These `Mechs were seen during Operation Revival aka the Clan Invasion and fit the current timeline. Still, this is just speculation on my part, and should not be taken seriously, Best one can do is take it with a grain of salt and hope for the best.
As for the IIC variants, well, Russ did say that those will come later on after January 2015. Which means, Second Line `Mechs are not out of the question. Will we see a Kodiak and Grizzly? Maybe. Maybe not. Still it doesn't hurt to speculate at this point.
