You have clamped down so hard on moderation to stifle opinions you didn't want to hear, and to silence the reasonable voices of people saying 'why haven't you delivered on the persistent universe you promised me 2 years ago?', or 'why did you lie to us about 3pv?'.

You have created your own PR nightmare by *repeatedly* breaking your covenants with your community which destroyed all goodwill, and now you are trying to use your history as a springboard to launch a new property.

Sorry no... new IP's are for people who have a good reputation. Yours is and will remain one of the worst on the internet until you actually come through on the promises you made founders, phoenix backers, 1-pv players and others.

You can ignore this message, but take a look at how well ignoring these messages has done for you as you realize your grand space opera crowd-funding campaign grossed less than $5250 in 24 hours.

I'm sure it will. We lost one of our best players with a permaban due to their incompetence, unprofessionalism, and favoritism. If you are one of the "in" people, and complain, they slap down bans with no chance of reversal despite evidence (video evidence mind you) that the event was a big fat lie.

Everybody has knee jerk reactions to things. The community did with the annoucement of transverse, and you did with the Transverse subreddit. Now, the feelings fuelling those reactions aren't necessarily bad, and are quite often justified, but you need to put distance between your actions and your feelings. That is what professionalism is all about.

It blew up in your face. Deal with it. Preferably soon as you don't have much time to fix this anymore. I can't even convince people to play MWO even though the core gameplay is fun because they have zero faith in the company anymore and refuse to support you.
